When my previous agent disappeared without notice, I went by the office of Mark Holley. He assured me that he could and would help me to get our insurance transferred to his office. After a few days, he was able to get my rate lowered and then when it came to the home-owner's renewal, he helped me go over the previous policy and what could be done to give us a better rate with good coverage. He quickly got the claim processed and approved, and he made sure that I had the resources and information needed to get a new roof installed. They made sure that all my needs were met, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work that was done.
