I'd been with Farmers for years (auto and home) and had a great relationship with my agent. Unfortunately, she left the company and I was switched to Korine Jones' office. I called to have a chip repaired as I had in the past and staff recommended I up my policy to include glass replacement (just needed a repair), mentioned making a claim but was advised it wouldn't be accepted. I was confused by the difference in service and asked for a direct call from Korine for clarification. I never heard back. I switched the next day for better coverage and a lower premium at State Farm.

When I emailed my auto cancellation to Korine, she emailed back within 5 minutes to let me know my homeowners insurance would be going up as a result.

Raised my homeowners rates over 60% and couldn’t even get a call back after several months waiting. Horrible customer service! I wouldn’t waste my time calling this agent unless you don’t care about customer service
