Be careful, Howard was my agent for over a decade, and not only didn’t keep my business with him confidential, he straight made up lies / spread rumors about me to one of his other clients that is a mutual acquaintance.

During the pandemic, I read my policy to see if I could save money. I realized my policy didn’t reflect my current situation and there were things in my policy I didn’t want or need. I tried to meet with Howard (in person or virtually) to go over my policy, clarify things, and fix what needed to be fixed several times, and was unable too. He started being very slow to respond, if he responded. I spoke to Howard’s client who had initially recommended him to me and they also shared my concerns. Howard then straight lied multiple times in lengthy text message disparaging me to his other client.

I switched Farmer’s agents, and went through the policy line by line with my new agent. We cleaned it up, aligned it with my needs, and it saved me hundreds of dollars on my insurance.
