This agent/office raised my rates drastically every 6 months WITHOUT EVER MAKING A CLAIM. $300 a month for an average used $15k car that is 6 years old is not reasonable. They don't notify you of the increase and just withdraw whatever they increase the amount to. They will give you a reasonable quote at first to get you to sign up but beware of this scam.

I have been a customer for many years! The office staff are very kind and are always happy to answer all your questions and help you with claims, billing, ect. They are proactive and even go out of their way to give you friendly reminder calls if, perhaps, you forgot to pay your premium one month. They do this out of concern so your policy won't lapse. Overall, a great insurance agency. I highly recommend it!
