Getting insurance is pretty scary (at least for me it was). Gricelda is great though! She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable since the minute we stepped into the office. Gricelda took the time to go over my policy with detail to make sure I had all the coverages I needed. If you're a busy person or someone that needs things explained or simplified then you couldn't pick a better place or person. Gricelda is only a phone call away. Her office handles my home and autos bundle. I left AAA for this having equal coverage at a much much better rate. The service is great, any question I have she's on it, anything I need she's on it. She gives you a sense as she works personally for you and is there every time (Johnny On The Spot), puts my mind at ease confiding and putting my absolute trust in her.
