I’m very happy to have my insurance needs taken care of here, the best part is when I need to call for a question or help I always feel like I am a priority, not just another customer. The staff here is more a team and treat me like I am family on a 1 to 1 basis. This makes the whole insurance thing a happy process. They have also helped me with my financials and savings , makes it nice to have multiple things taken care of with one solid team. Also ! Recently Erin was able to help me get Hagerty insurance for 2 of my classic cars and my Harley Davidson FXR. There was no extra charges or fees to have her help me do this and my 3 classics are now covered above and beyond , makes me much more comfy knowing I’m in good hands.

My experience was so great !! Heidi Melzer what a great agent, she answered all my questions walked me through every step . I got better coverage for a better price then my last insurance company !!!! Heidi was such a pleasure to deal with kind ,understanding, didn't rush me, explained every option to find the best coverage for me ,responce time was so fast .I even got extra renter's insurance.I couldn't ask for anyone better I am so pleased!!!
