I thought if you paid for Insurance and we all know how much it costs for it, you would think that they would work with you and not against you. I put a claim in May of this year and they tell me that the Police report can’t be retrieved for maybe another 10 months from now November. I talked to the police department about 2 months ago and they said that the report has been completed and waiting for the insurance company to request it. I guess it comes down to that they don’t care because they got their money from me.

Elizabeth is incredibly Kind, Patient and knowledgeable. She will take the time to make sure you understand your policy, there is never any sales pressure and you can just tell she is good at what she does.
