Worst agent ever & his terrible employees is even worse,,!!!! She did not report payments and said she forgot. Started crying on the phone after her several screw ups and lied about coverages or was just too uneducated to know what she was talking about. Sorry but the truth needs to be out how terrible of an experience it was. Having to file a complaint with the Illinois Insurance commissioner on this agency. Sad thing is if he got rid of her he may do better!! Had to bring in District manager to give her screw ups. Again worst Farmers agency. It stated off okay but because of her inadequacies it just got unbearable!!
