The agent is nice enough. However the product is not as it’s described. My home was burglarized January 3 2024 and it’s nearly May and Farmers still continues to stall me out on payment for my claim. Even after providing photos documentation and being subjected to questioning for over 5 hours. I will never use farmers ever again after being with them for 10+ years.
