Benny Yu, Customer Service Representative at this Farmers Insurance branch office, is the kind of CSR that you WISH all other CSRs would be like! During our hour-long conversation, Benny was very kind, patient, professional, and very informative as I asked him question after question. I was referred to this Farmers office by my State Farm office. And while this Farmers branch is no longer accepting new applicants for the type of coverage I am looking for, they are still providing screening and application services to help find coverage with other insurers. They have both always been quite responsive when we reached out to them, and I especially appreciate Aaron's volunteering options for reducing our premiums when we had to renew. Nice folks too!

I spoke to Benny Yu, Aaron Thach's team member about two new home owners policies in Pacifica. I gave Benny all the information he requested via our email communications in order to find a carrier and quotes. After a couple of weeks without any response from this Farmers agency, I spoke to Benny again asking if he was getting quotes. He told me it will take up to three weeks for them to get quotes. Yes, really, three weeks! Well, six weeks later and they simply ghosted me. Never said anything about not being able to find any of their affiliate carriers or Farmers willing to quote or write the policies. No email, no phone call, just left me hanging.

Don't rely on this agency if you need to find a policy, they'll blow you off as your existing policy expires. Aaron, If you can't quote, let us know so we can find policies elsewhere. Zero communication skills.

If you need to use Farmers, find another agency to work with.
