While not directed at this specific agency, they insured a driver who hit me in a parking lot. The Farmers Claims associate, Durojaiye Whitaker, reviewed my claim, then despite what was physically impossible, claimed his driver was not in the wrong, and in fact he believed it was 80% my fault. I had to file a claim with my own insurance, Progressive, who after reviewing my claim, agreed it was 100% the fault of the Farmers insured. They then went after Farmers and received all of their money back as well as my deductible from Farmers. Their agency made me waste hours disputing this with their team only to still have to pay for the damage their driver did. A terrible company who wasted time, provided hope for their driver, and eventually had to pay me for their driver's mistake. I guess kudos to them for defending their driver, but when it is as obvious as the accident was, they caused me stress, wasted hours of my time, only to have to end up paying it out anyways (and their driver will be dropped or have her rate significantly increase). Find a better company to represent you.
