Super rude and inflexible. I tried to get them to do an intake online (I am physically and mentally unable to come into their office due to my disabilities and chronic illnesses) and they gave me no alternative. So much for the California façade of "inclusivity." Now just one step back and back to square one. Weren't nice about it and getting through to someone [rude] was like pulling teeth! Take your business elsewhere, please!
You would think with California caring so much about the pandemic, they could accomodate me via Telehealth.

I had a wonderful experience here. I came to Family Service Agency during one of the lowest points in my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and compassion, and immediately felt comfortable. The therapists and all their many services were fantastic. They helped me and my children get on our feet again, and begin rebuilding our lives. I can never thank them enough.

Why is it so hard to get a return phone call just to say "sorry, we can't service your child needs right now. Here's a reference ______ to call". Instead, left so many messages just to sit and wait. We've been trying for 3 months to get our child see by a professional and we thought we'd go through our own local family services. Obviously, we're not going anywhere with this service. Will try some place else. I agree with .... "If you only they answer their phones" and return messages.
