Not sure what the issue is, but I have for weeks now been trying to view a house listed by this agency. My agent has messaged the listing agent multiple times, and has received no reply. If you don't want to show or sell a house, don't bother listing it - it is a disservice to both the seller and any potential buyers

With less than 12 hours notice, TC Muller lined up multiple properties for us to look at. She is professional, candid, down to earth and easy to work with. She understands the nuance of neighbohoods and trends. She worked hard to understand our needs and delivered viable options in record time. I highly recommend her! She's terrific.

This is THE worst real estate agency/ realtors ever worked with. We have been back and forth since day one. We have been ignored to the fact that I or my significant other have had to act like separate buyers to get some sort of answer. The realtor was late to the showing and then proceeded to tell us at the showing that someone else put an offer in and the bank declined it. They were never clear on what we needed to do or what they were talking about to the point. Took forever to even be able to view the house, and then once we could view the house she didn’t know much about it. The man sounded like he was drunk multiple times or just waking up. I have never had such an issue to the point my loan officer was fed up with dealing with them as well from going back and forth constantly. I would stay clear if possible.

I don't even know where to start with how great TC was to my family! My husband and I went to look at a home that she was listing and decided to look around. We found out dream home that was listed by a different realtor. When I called TC she met us at the home within 2 hours to show it to us even though it was through someone else! She was our one and only agent! Our first bank fell through on us and we were shattered. As soon as I told her that we couldn't move on with the process because our lender, she had another lender on stand by. We were able to move forward the same day! She had all the answers to all of our questions. She did a really good job being patient with us as first time home buyers. Even was able to move our closing date up a few weeks. Once we closed she even brought us a welcome home gift! She is the best! I will tell everyone about her.

Tamiko was great!! From our very first conversation of me teller her which house I was interested in, til the very end. The process was pretty long due to the home being under construction but she kept me informed and stress free throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Tamiko and Exitz New Beginnings Realty!!
