I really like what they did to this corner. It used to be a gas station many years ago and then sat around with nothing. The building design compliments the natural environment, and looks pleasant on Hwy 116 and as you enter the Redwood Marketplace (i.e Lucky's complex). Good job!

Just went into the Sebastopol branch because of a problem with a check order. The teller reviewed my order, pinpointed the problem, gave me a revised ETA and offered to print out temp checks for me before I even had to ask. She was new, but knew all the steps to take. Stellar, friendly service from this branch, as always!

Kelly Back, the branch manager has been instrumental in helping my business secure a PPP loan during the pandemic. He personally kept an eye on my application through the process and made sure I was taken care of. The loan was secured without a hitch.
