I was blown away by this dealership. This is the way all businesses should operate! We were on a car trip and our truck was having tire issues. The service manager Danny looked at it immediately. Lou at the front desk is so friendly and kept us company while we waited. They all stayed late on a Friday to ensure we could make it to our destination. Thank you Vaughn Ford for the above and beyond service! We will be coming back!

Eugene Vaughn in Marked Tree was extremely helpful in a trying situation. My sister and I are traveling from NC to WA and broke down in Morrilton, AR. Eugene Vaughn had the only part, we needed, in the entire state of Arkansas. They stayed open an hour after close so we could drive out there (2.5 hours away) and pick it up. Southern hospitality in action! If you ever need help, they have your back!!

This service department is amazing. Stopped at dealership while traveling with car trouble- they checked for problem-found it and had my car on rack in a short time. Addressed the issue quickly and did not charge us for bolting a shield back to frame.
Then helped me get my elderly parents back in the car. So Thankful.
