Absolutely love working with Euclid Managers. As a broker, we have many choices to work directly with a carrier or use a general agency. I find that working with Euclid is much easier and the staff is more responsive than working with some of the carriers directly. Robin is super knowledgeable about all the products that Euclid has to offer, in fact she sometimes knows more than the carrier reps themselves! Dawn, Marcy, Julie and the rest of the team are amazing as well. Anytime we send a message or have any sort of issue, they're always quick to jump on it and respond in a timely manner. If you're looking for a top notch group of insurance experts that value your business, look no further!

Euclid Managers is one of the most professional and supportive general agencies in the Chicago market. They have gone above and beyond to support me and my business. Euclid Managers is by far one of the most elite general agencies I've ever had experience with. They go above and beyond the 'transactional' side of the business. The willingness to come out on-site for client meetings is only the act of a superior organization. This is a top-notch group of people. Be sure to ask for Joey. He will make sure of it.

This is horribly unprofessional organization. In 20 years of dealing with benefits administrators and insurance brokers i have never experienced such hostility and unprofessional behavior. Their customer service is very shoddy and don't expect much help from their management. If you have a choice, choose elsewhere.
