We have been banking at the Enterprise Bank & Trust in San Juan Capistrano for a few years now. The staff is very attentive and personable. You can tell that they really care about you. It is actually an enjoyable experience to go to this bank. Unlike many other banks these days. Peter, Kathy and Marie have been great at helping with our banking needs. We highly recommend Enterprise Bank & Trust for a great banking experience.

Being new to the area, we were looking for a bank that offerred larger safe deposit boxes to rent, as well as an account. All other banks either had no safe deposit boxes or very small ones. Enterprise had just what we were looking for. Marie, is very attentive and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is that we ran into a software issue when we needed to add 3 people to the account and had to deal with printing and mailing the form back.

My business had a banking problem and needed to open a specific type of bank account with some special requirements. Our previous bank (with whom our business had been a loyal client for over 30 years) made it so difficult to deal with them that they were essentially telling me that they no longer wanted our business (so much for loyalty to their clients). Not only did they support our banking needs, but they worked diligently with our accounting and IT consultants to craft a solution to our situation. We’re not completely done with the project, but I am confident that they will be able to make this work. Fantastic staff, great customer service. I researched banks nationally and Enterprise had a top rating. They make more conservative loan and investments than larger banks, that's what I wanted in economically-challenging times.

I was recommended to try Enterprise Bank and Trust. Their service and responsiveness has been impressive. They immediately and without hesitation began the process to open the Trust account. I was assisted by Marie who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Marie has been very responsive to my inquiries and questions. Even more impressive is when I returned to the bank a week later and before I finished walking in the door, I was greeted by my first name. Their security measures are impressive as well. Love this Bank - Maire and her team at Enterprise Bank are very attentive to your needs and always readily available. What differentiates the San Juan location is how personalized they make your experience by referring to you by name while seemingly never making you wait. The staff is warm and friendly and happy to serve their clients in a fast and efficient manner.
