I was disappointed in the process and barriers presented to open another business account. I set an appointment which I had to wait over 5 business days for. When I opened this account three years ago, it was handled professionally and I provided a few documents they asked me to bring and was set up that day. This time, getting through on the phone was difficult. Jessie stated they had none of my documentation and I would have to come in with my ein, letters of organization, and secretary of states letter of good standing. I called that morning to verify the list. The call center could not contact this office. I called later to let them know I would be five minutes late due to the run around I got although the call center found someone at another branch who was helpful. Again they could not be reached. Then when I got their without a fourth document, she was short with me and dressed down (which is really neither here nor there if your service is adequate). She said the fourth document was one that was required by laws instated since I had opened the other account. it had to be typed and "what is the problem with this account." So after having to explain again that I needed to open an account with another account number due to security concerns, with no help, I just took the bulk of my balance out. As I was applying for a business account elsewhere it was noted that the three documents are not required for a business that is a soul provider LLC which is exactly what I have always had. I have had this account for three years without a problem and even on this day, the tellers were helpful and friendly. The business account manager was an outlier, but also a frustration and waste of my time.

The credit union is really nice inside since they have renovated it and the people there are very helpful and nice it was a very pleasant experience opening an account with them.

ENT has wonderful employees that make you feel valued. The employees are great at their job and can handle anything quickly and efficiently.ENT has great products offers a wide variety of accounts and is just a great banking institution !!

Not necessarily this branch. But stay away from ent credit union. They will literally charge you a $30 overdraft fee if you overdraft your account by 5 cents. That happened to me today. Even though my paycheck was pending for deposit. I have been with this bank for 7 years. Today they lost a customer.. there are tons of digital Banks online. That don't suck your blood. Goodbye ENT. You blood sucking leeches!

I have for a couple months now, been very frustrated with the Canon City Ent Credit Union. 100% of the time the ATM’s do not accept all of the money you are trying to deposit. To top that off the ATM’s are constantly down or not accepting deposits. The staff is no help with it comes to this. There responses “ We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do.” Or “ The closest branch is in Pueblo Colorado.” It’s already an inconvenience that I can’t get done what I need to get done at the Ent Credit Union we have in Canon but then have to inconvenience myself even more to drive to a different city? I’m very unhappy with this all together.

I just opened an account with ENT credit Union and I worked with Christtena Arnold. She really went above and beyond…she recognized that my drivers license had expired and she helped me to use the online renewal for DMV and even helped me to set up myColorado app so I would have my drivers license on my phone since I’m gonna be flying and I might not get my new drivers license back in time. She was kind, professional, and just want above and beyond. I am Impressed with this credit union already!!! ps They also had the best rates for CDs right now

ATM machine that they have outside is the most annoying ATM machine I've ever had to deal. Alot of times it's down and then when you do go there it won't read your card properly. Especially when you don't want to go inside the bank. Come on Ent your financial institute we know you have money get a better ATM machine.

Instead of charging me for a bank account. My money now makes me money. And I have all of the services I require with no threat of getting thirty dollar fees for accidental over draft.
