I called, left a message, waited a few days, no call back. I then filled out a quote request online, waited two more days, no response. Called a couple of days later and was told the agent was out on some training and that she was the only one that could go over the quote and questions that I had and would be back the next day. I was also informed that they were short handed. I asked if they could get back to me as soon as possible, still waiting on a call back. I also learned that if I had stopped at their office like I planned to, I would have seen a sign posted, that customers would have to call for an appointment, since no one was in the office. I asked why there was nothing informing the public to this online.
