Love this Empire Jewelry and loan I've been going there for over 10 years started from the one in Moreno Valley and when this one opened I went for their grand opening and been going since then. They always work with me and try to get me what I need. Benny is awesome! Always so friendly and giving I appreciate each time he's helped! Give them a number you're looking for and they will get as close as possible if not the exact amout you needed. One thing I love is if you purchase a piece of Jewelry there they will give you a loan with almost half of what you paid, I haven't seen that deal anywhere.

Visited this location to look for gifts and I'm glad I did. Some guy named Benny helped me out while I was there. He was super helpful and never felt like he was pushing things onto me. Walked out with a couple of items and would definitely go back.

Empire Jewelry and Loan is the spot, no doubt about it. Benny and his crew are solid. I came in with some jewelry to sell, and I was a little on edge because I know how pawn shops are. But Benny is a straight shooter. I do my homework before I sell and he priced my stuff right off the market value, no funny business, no lowball nonsense.

The most important thing for me is his level of security. They’re CCW-authorized and have a secured entrance, so if you walk in with anything valuable you don't need to worry about someone tailing you. The place is locked up tight, and you can tell they take security seriously.

Benny’s not just about business though. He took the time to explain everything, didn’t rush me, and made sure I was happy with the deal before we shook on it. Definitely will be saving his number for future sells.

If you’re buying, selling, or just checking out what they’ve got, this is the spot. You won't leave feeling like they got one up on you. Solid guys.

This shop is hands down the best!!! Not only with the dope prices they give you on your loans but the customer service they provide. Benny was such a pleasure to deal with, super easy to talk to and very understanding. They actually work with you here & do not wanna keep your items. I found this place based off of reviews and they definitely stood by them! Don’t go ANYWHERE else but here because you’ll for sure be cheating yourself. Oh & they also have multiple locations 🙂
