Let me start by saying that I have been a customer of this agency for years, until this month when I canceled my policy, nothing to do with the company, other reasons. I have been having an issue with them still taking my premium out and I have been calling for a week with I’ll call and find out why and call you back. Each time I never receive a call back and I get they’re going to issue it back to you. Today I called again because still nothing so I call for an update and I get I’ll call you back so after 4 hours I call back and I get the owner David. Now this man is rude and arrogant. He gave me a huge attitude, in telling me we’re busy on Mondays and also you’re not talking to employees in a negative manner, which I never did. He was rude off the start so I told him absolutely not and this is not how an owner speaks to anyone. I will never ever again. If you have them and have issues, get ready for the run around and huge attitude especially from the owner. Absolutely absurd!

Let me preface by saying that I attempted a resolution with this company for months before resulting to a negative google review. I have been a “customer” of this company for years. When you initially sign up they’re helpful and friendly. However you will realize the first time you try to make a change to your policy that you’ve sacrificed customer service to save a few bucks. A simple policy change/update takes at least a week and a number of follow up calls from the customer.

Excluding the receptionist, the staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. When you question inconsistencies with your policy or payments and want answers the staff become defensive, belittle you and then just stop responding.

There are far better brokers out there that can find you great rates and offer amazing communication and customer service.

Amazing customer service! They save me money every year and wonderful to work with. I have used them for years. Alicia is on top of all my requests and always helpful. I am not sure why there are negative reviews. I have never experienced anything but exceptional service.

I've been a customer for over 18 years. Their customer service is always helpful and friendly, but you need to stay on top of their agents to make sure your rates don't creep up.

Had my insurance with them for a few years. I switched over to another company. I wasn't fond of the blonde lady ( don't remember her name) but she was always snotty to me. Then I see she was going to the church I was going to- again not a very friendly person. Glad I
