I would like to commend the State Farm – Chavez Team for their outstanding customer service. Every time I contact their team, I am very impressed because they are courteous, helpful and extremely responsive. I would like to specifically acknowledge Ana Rivera and Sandra Berrios.

Every time I communicate with Ana, I feel appreciated as a policyholder because she takes pride in helping me. The same goes for Sandra. Sandra recently assisted me with my policy renewals and I felt like she went out of her way to provide me with outstanding service. Other offices would probably have grew impatient with me because my request spanned a week and changed a few times. Sandra was patient and helpful the entire time. I believe every office should strive to replicate the State Farm - Chavez Team. Thank you for taking good care of me and my family!
