I am writing this review to highly recommend Elaine LaVine State Farm Insurance Agency! I have used the services of this office for various Insurance needs, and they have always handled my accounts very professionally. Today I had to call to get some help with an insurance issue dealing with a rental house I own. I spoke with Lindsay and she was not only gracious, but very efficient, prompt and helpful in solving my problem. Over the years, I have found every member of the staff to be Excellent!

I have been with Elaine La Vine at State Farm in Dana Point for many years now. I consistently receive incredible service from Patty and the entire team at this office! Every time I call, the phone is answered with kindness and recognition…and it just feels like calling “home”. My insurance policies are very well managed and they make it easy to remain a customer. This week I stopped into Elaine’s office for some follow up documentation I needed to sign. I could have easily emailed them however I wanted to meet Elaine’s newest team member Lisa. She was very helpful and friendly, another great asset to Elaine’s knowledgeable staff. It’s always nice to have good people when dealing with important issues like Insurance. We visited Elaine unannounced to check out our condo insurance She could not have been more helpful and was very generous with her time. She clearly has very high integrity as she advised us to stick with our current insurer and even went through and evaluated our existing cover in some detail. In addition, she also gave us an interesting and informative update on the problems with house insurance in California post the wild fires of the last few years. I would recommend her unreservedly and would love to do business with her in the future.

I am a customer of State Farm insurance since I was 16. My 76th birthday is tomorrow so I have had many experiences with State Farm customer service. My experience with Patty and Carol and Elaine has been the best so far. They always answer with a friendly and professional manner and resolve any questions I have on that call.
