It’s unfortunate to have to write this review, Juan has helped me a lot with my taxes in the past & I have had a professional & pleasant experience with him & his staff in the past but I guess if you hire the wrong office staff, it can potentially affect your business. This has never happened to me before from speaking to one rep & then being interrupted & another rep barging in & asking more specific questions about my work. I have booked here before, I know what forms to bring. But was asked questions like if I am a business, when I already stated what forms I will be filing which had nothing to do with a business & that was never mentioned. I don’t know, it felt like a weird investigative interaction when I’m just booking an appointment. I’m pretty sure I can discuss more specifics with the tax preparer if necessary. I’m not going to be discussing more personal information just with the office staff that’s not the purpose or the function of your job.

Great service, easy and quick. I went to Juan, and it was worth it. He breaks it down easy and I understand my taxes much better and I don’t miss out on deductions. I initially tried online tax services but I must have done something wrong & noticed hidden fees.
I’ve been going here for 7 years

Pro tip: if you’re going in February/March/April book your appointment 2 weeks out because they get really busy! But it’s worth the wait for their service and being able to go in without a long wait.

Always a great experience. Juan Soto is so professional and always helps in getting you the best refund. I’ve been coming to him for years. Highly recommend this place. BTW address listed for El Latino Income tax is incorrect. The correct address as of 2021 is 3621 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Ste 12 Lynwood located on the second floor. Plenty of parking in the back.
