First and foremost, thank you for your assistance through a lengthy process. Your patience and support was truly appreciated. More so, how you went above and beyond to ensure we can find the best bundle of auto and home insurance for my family. Your professionalism and knowledge is above approach. As for your research skills are mind blowing and the effort to assist and compare my past polices to future made the decision much easier. Your will to help and knowledge of any or all discounts was so impressive, it is hard to believe an individual would go above and beyond to ensure we received the best rate. It’s not very often that I write a review, but I had to let everyone know how impressed I was working with Kaysia for my insurance. I have been with the same insurance company for close to 20 years, but after speaking with Kaysia, she has influenced me to consider moving all of my insurance needs over to her company. She is very knowledgeable about the insurance products and how they can be helpful for your particular needs. I greatly admired how patient and polite she was with me, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease, which is not easy to do when dealing with insurance.

Kaysia has been amazing to work with on an extremely difficult insurance situation. One of my homes lost insurance coverage because it was located in an area that was deemed high fire danger. She worked exhaustively to find new coverage for me through surplus carriers which sadly also failed. Then she turned to the Colorado Fair Plan that took days and days to apply for and again sadly seems to be failing. She is repeatedly said that she will not stop until she finds insurance for my home. This has been a devastating process and yet she patiently listens to me complain about the situation. I'm still hopeful that there is some solution out there and I'm sure if there is she will find it. She's an amazing person and even has been talking with me after hours after having a new baby. Give this woman a raise!

I use the EJC team for financial and insurance needs. I have never been so comfortable talking about my finances and investments than I have been with Rob and Brian. The Insurance piece is so easy too! Kaysia and Heather are so knowledgeable and Eryn is so helpful. You never have to worry about calling a big insurance company.
