Granville is client-oriented, professional, and personable. When I ask a question about my portfolio, he frequently gives me multiple choices, and explains the benefits and disadvantages of each. I feel confident in his knowledge-level, and I trust him. I never feel pushed to make a specific decision. I speak with Michelle Gardner on a regular basis, and she is always friendly and helpful.
