新しいものを売ることしかせず、客のメリットは教えてくれない店舗。
洗濯機が耐応年数の半分で故障したので慌てて新しい洗濯機を見に行った時のこと。
私が安心保証カード会員だった（最近はアプリをインストールすれば自動的に安心保証会員になるらしい）
にも関わらず、メーカー保証が１年しかないから保証出来ないと言われたため、やむなく新規購入の契約をしました。
ただ、金額に応じてエディオン自体の保証が無料会員でも５年あることがわかり、キャンセル。
電話対応してくれた店員は謝罪してくれたが、翌日店舗で販売担当者が手続きする際は、一切謝らず。
むしろ、知らなかったこちらが悪いかのような対応だった。
商談中にアプリを入れていることは話したし、以前（保証期間内）この店舗で購入したことは説明し、会計手続きの時点でアプリのバーコードを見れば保証期間内だということは担当者も承知していたはず。
知らなかったこちらも悪いが、無償修理出来ることを隠し、売り上げ優先の対応されたことにガッカリした。
こちらも誠意を持って、メーカー購入特典品をお返ししました。
ちなみに、その週末にメーカーさんが自宅に来てくださり、故障箇所を見てから交換部品を取りに帰って、即日修理してくれました。
