Deserves, ZERO stars. Saturday morning on February 15th around 9:15 am, I visited Easymoney, store number 6400, located in Birmingham, AL, on 1st Ave. I went in to apply for a title loan with the one and only person who was working there (some white lady with short hair), who was also on her personal phone. After she decided to end her call and give me service, I informed her that I wanted to apply for a title loan. I let her know that my title had another title loan company listed on it, but that loan was already paid off, once she checked my vin number she would be able to see that I had no lien on my car. She then stated she wouldn't be able to take it due to the name of a lienholder being listed on my title. So I went to my car to get a copy of my title that didn't have their name listed on it, but unfortunately, I couldn't find it. I walked back inside to give her some feedback about my opinions regarding that policy reason of not being able to accept my title. Once I began to speak, she immediately got defensive and argumentative. Also, she even LOOKED very unprofessional with a face full of piercings. I said ma'am I am simply giving u some feedback that I would like u to pass along, she continued talking over me saying things like I can't even apply at Title Max, mind you I never mentioned Title Max so I don't even know where that came from. Then she goes on to somewhat bragg about her manager being on the phone during all of this, on her PERSONAL phone, I might add. So apparently, for her to behave that way openly where her supervisor was able to witness it, shows me even management has no regards for treating their customers with respect. She kept trying to tell me what other loan companies will and wont do, I told her she cannot speak for other loan companies. Her response was YES I CAN!!! Which was comical. This woman got VERY personal with me and got me out of my character. After she continued to refuse to be respectful to me as a customer I changed my tune as well and let her know EXACTLY what I thought of her. I went to another loan company, that same day and was able to get my loan approved because as I said THERE WAS NO LIEN on my vehicle. I could've gotten around Easy Money's policy and still would have came back, but being treated like that by your employees is something I will not tolerate. Easy Money will NEVER get any of my business again and I will discourage people every chance I get from going here, especially as long as this person is still employed with you all. She should not be working in customer service, ANYWHERE! She looked like a clown and she acted like one as well.

I've been a Easy Money Customer for over 8yrs. Yesterday I stop by the 1st Ave store in Woodlawn. I had about 5 or 6 people in front of me. The young lady that was running the store turned away all of us. Asking us personal information allowed in front of everyone. She was dressed so inappropriate she had on legging stretch pants. When it was my turn I gave her my phone she inter it in wrong and then told me that not you. Instead of her asking me what was the number again I had to ask her what number did she put in. After she put in the correct number and see that it's me she asked for my ID after I gave her all of that! She still did not cash the check. I have been cashing this check for over 3 years. By now it's after 6 she try calling customer no answer. She talk to me badly. She see 👀 I have been cashing this customers check for over 3years. I always have a problem at this store. I had to drive out the way to the Irondale store. Had no problems there in and out 5mins. The lady in Irondale was so Nice and helpful she said I wasn't the only person that had came to her store from 1st Ave. Am I upset 😡 YES!!!

It was good and convenient for me but now the new manager said I need 3 reference to cash a utility check but I have Id and I know I am in the system because I have been cashing my check there for years

I must say the last time I visited this store the woman behind the counter was rude and disrespectful to me and wouldn't let me send an money gram. The customer service skills here is aweful. I will never bring my business to this location or any other EasyMoney store in Birmingham!

well i just got off the phone with a lady from here and she was so nice told me everything would need and that if my wife was over my ssi she can do it all for me so i don't have to get out in this hot air so she on her way i hope that when she gets there that she gets the same lady i talked to and everything works out ok in need of the money big time got put out of my home after i paid the rent and all the bills so plz help us
