From start to finish working with Cody and his team has been smooth sailing. I laid out my needs and wants for an insurance company, for auto and rental property. And Cody literally cut my monthly premium in half.

Amazing customer service! Cody was recommended to us after spending literally hours on the phone with multiple companies who were unable to get us a quote for our property. He was quickly able to get us a very fair quote and a policy in place with no problem. Very professional and organized. We just added our cars as well and everything went just as smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Cody came highly recommended by just about everybody that I knew locally when I posted that I was ready for a new local insurance agent that would actually work and advocate for me. He went above and beyond. He got me an incredible policy with better coverage at the same price. He's a great communicator and speaks in layman's term so I understand everything he's explaining to me. I feel confident I can call on him with any questions and concerns and that he's going to take good care of me, and I love that he's a family man and a locally made business.

This company is not accredited by the better business bureau (BBB). Terrible customer service. Their lac of communication cause my car insurance to get cancelled, and when confronted about it, Cody started to be rude and told me multiple times that they have "over a thousand policies" like that is My Problem. They came recommended and the first guy I dealt with is no longer there. So I had no choice but to work with Cody and he was okay at first, and they he wouldn't call me back when I requested a call back. This company loves the text message feature, not a bad thing but when dealing with important car insurance things, they rely too much on it and it is honestly not really professional. I have written good reviews and very few bad ones. I am not writing this as a disgruntled customer but as a fair third person point of view, and yes this company deserves this one star and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
