They installed a humidifier and switched the system to the incorrect electric setting. Fast forward 10 months and winter comes and we find out its not working, they inform us that its been on the 240v setting and not the 120v that we have, so it perpetually tries to start and then can't.

We get an electrician to change it to 240v to get the most from the system, rather than keeping it set at 120v, then my electrician finds out its burnt out. After accusing my electrician of being the problem, they checked it out, said the electricity is coming through exactly as it should, and ordered the replacement board in January 2024. I messaged multiple times over the Spring and Summer and they tell me its still back ordered, stop asking, we will call you, and did not provide a solution. We called 9/25 and they told us that we would have to buy a new unit or continue to wait for the replacement part. After not taking no for an answer, they said an install manager would call me...they did not. 9/30 I call again, but this time they push me to the parts manager. He said the part has been in stock, but they are arguing with the manufacturer that it should be warrantied. So now they have one side lying to me and the other side thinking I care to wait for them to get they money resolved before getting a working humifier after 9 months of waiting for it to be in stock. Parts manager said the install manager is out sick, but he will get that person's supervisor to call me....they did not.

Its not a warranty if you have to wait a year or two or three for it to be fixed. It's also not really a warranty issue, as they incorrectly installed it, admitted to their mistake, and are now trying to blame our electrician.

They also caused a leak due to not installing the drain pipes correctly, but they fixed all of that, including the damage caused by the leak with relatively few issues. The biggest pain was having to repeatedly argue with the drywall/texture person that they need to make it look like it isn't a patch job on a home that is < 1 year old. Update: The part was replaced and the installer left without asking me questions. He bypassed a device that I paid Dring $1,200 to buy and setup. I called him and he said he would have to ask his manager. 3 follow-ups with the technician over 6 weeks with no response, so I reached out to Dring customer service. The air ducts above where the technician was working collapsed and he didnt bother to inform me that had happened. I can't prove he did it, but its the only spot, right in front of the humidifier. They came back out, said they understood the issue, but nothing changed. TL;DR Run, don't walk to another competitor. They are incompetent (3 install errrors), liars (whoops for that guy telling me), and worried about blaming others instead of fixing a very straightforward issue.

Great service and friendly staff! As a first time homeowner, the first big expense like this is a big deal! I'm grateful to have a company that I trust to do quality work. Travis and Jon performed a tune up to our HVAC system. They also performed a drain pan treatment, which prevents clogs, found a defective contactor and installed a hard start kit, which helps elongate the life of the compressor. Their work was very thorough, and the invoice received details all the work done, including photos of the systems. They also keep a history of work done in the past, which is helpful for reference.
