Country Financial use to be responsive and a very good company. However, it has taken over 6 months to try to make a change to my Annuity with no progress. I'm continually told some one will get back to me, but no one does.

Additionally my Auto premium increased over 33% and my Homeowners insurance increased by 28%+.

I have non renewed both policies.

Would not recommend this company or agency.

wish I could give no stars. horrible customer service. getting a call into or back never happened. didn't even know he was my agent until I had an issue then couldn't get ahold of him. wouldn't recommend to anyone. complained to country companies and apparently this has become common with him and several have had to switch, very sad with being a customer of their for 18+ years..
