My first time getting full coverage for a car was n 2007 with Allstate. I had that coverage until 2022. I didn't have a car for a while, but when I purchased another car I went straight to Allstate again. I also had homeowners ins. Now I have renters ins. with them. GREAT insurance company to do business with.

EMPLOYEE REVIEW!!!!!My review is specifically for and employee by the name of Joanna Otey. She is extremely professional and helpful! I've been with Allstate for several years primarily because of pricing. I've had issues with roadside never rescuing me and my toddler on the side of the highway. I had to leave for safety reasons, call the police to help get the wheelchair and my toddler out safely on the highway, only find my vehicle tampered with the next day when it arrived at Dobbs (cat converter stolen from being left overnight). My vehicle was only towed the next day because I called again to ask why I still didn't have a rescue tow text by the next day. Allstate offered me $200 for a $1700 replacement cost at Dobbs because my cat converter was sawed off in the middle of the night. I carry a producer license myself so I know by having liability only on my older model 04' doesn't cover me for what happened, however, it was the principle. I've paid so much in renewing my policies over the years and don't have a terrible report so I'm not a risk. I've been with the company so many years I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS IN GOOD HANDS UNTIL JOANNA assisted me a few times recently. She's helpful, considerate, and prompt with feedback. She knows how to navigate the system like she's been on the IT end and she makes NO MISTAKES with helping you accomplish tasks in a timely manner. She deserves her own branch if she ever wants one because her customer service is indeed a great experience. Allstate gets a 3star from me..a manager that was rude in the past gets a 2star only because he said sorry after he realized he was in error, but JOANNA GETS A 5STAR FROM ME BECAUSE SHE'S GREAT FOR BUSINESS. SHE'LL BE THE AGENT WHO DOES WELL WITH LIFE INSURANCE BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL KNOW WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO THEM IS IMPORTANT TO HER.

Completely unresponsive after multiple weeks of requesting an urgent change to my policy and over multiple methods of communication (email, text, call). Ended up having to work through another agent to make my change in time to be in compliance with my apartment building.

Horrible assistance. I've had coverage for a long time(22 years), filed a claim, and copied my agents office on everything. Allstate has given me nothing but a run around, and haven't heard a word from my agent to help the situation. You are not in good hands with Allstate. Period!
