Mike is awesome. The purchase process was straightforward, just had an annoying appraisal scheduling issue that delayed closing by over a week from what I wanted but the team worked quick with all of the people involved to resolve. So far property management has been good, the home I bought was leased out before I got it. I've noticed that I get a lot of emails from doorvest and it can be hard for keep track of everything, I wish there was a notification / message dashboard on the website to stay organized.

The sales process was really straight forward, I was able to explore and reserve a property online very easily as if I was buying something on amazon. I really appreciated the detailed knowledge base available for reference about the Doorvest process too. If you are looking to use a 1031 exchange to purchase a home, this is a really easy way. They hold your hand through the whole transaction and connected me with someone from first american exchange who was able to speak about the 1031 process in detail to give me confidence in the process and timeline. So far since my purchase (June 2024), I have had no issues as the owner. A tenant was found for my property within a few weeks of ownership. I will be looking at purchasing additional homes from Doorvest next year once I have a better idea of how the investment has performed. Thank you!!!!

Typical startup, with NO ETHICS And QUALITY.

Their investments are marked with annual 40-60% return ! just a scam , and their property management is at worst, your properties will be stuck in litigations and they are selective in selling premium
Plan to protect their margins. Just an advice from an existing customer and not a friend family posting 5 star review, save yourself a good night sleep and stay away from them.

I officially asked them today to delete my data from CRM and stop scamming more people like they did to me.
