I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Done with Debt. My Mother told me about them and I wasn't sure at first if it was a good idea. It's been an absolute blessing for me. They have been incredible, responsive, caring and kind from day 1. This is a stressful topic to deal with and it was a relief to join and I will be debt free in a couple of years, instead of a decade plus of paying interest rates and not getting ahead with my finances. They take all of the worries away and handle everything for you. We work as a team. Everyone that I've talked to has been amazing. Especially Cynthia Fleming who I've talked to several times when I had questions about the program. I can't thank her enough for being so kind and always extremely responsive when I have questions. I'm settling all of my debt for half the cost, and will be debt free soon. They take on everything for you, court cases and handle negotiations with the credit card company's and even have a portal to log into where I can see my program progress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And I'm not one to leave reviews. But I felt I needed to because of the great experience I've had. 🙂

Freedom Debt Relief has helped me tremendously get out of debt at a fraction of the total amount would have been with all the extreme high % interest. I just begun my journey with FDR but they have been very helpful and answered any and all questions with ease and understanding! They’ve settled with my first creditor quickly and moved right on the next few! And settled for a whopping 60% off total amount! Anyone giving this 5 stars must have done it at the right time, but that certainly was not me. First I want to say, I wish there was an option for zero stars. This was the worst decision I could have made for my personal finances. Please beware before doing this. After a year almost to date of signing on with the program, and after two lawsuits by American Express, I am ending up paying more monthly than I did before signing up. They promised me they would be able to negotiate good amounts for my two credit card balances, but because my monthly deposit was low, to fool me into thinking I was going to be able to really save money, the funds accruing in the account were taking a long time to accumulate so they were not working to get anything settled. Amex, I am sure, had no idea I was on a debt relief program. Done with Debt told me to stop paying my credit cards, so I did and that was a huge mistake. They didn't settle the accounts until both creditors filed lawsuits against me. This is no small thing. They mention that creditors can sue, but they don't say that the lawyer fees come out of the money you are putting in to pay down the debt owed. Additionally, the lawyers are terrible and bow to whatever the credit card companies want. They get paid basically to just do nothing but file paperwork that won't help your case at all. I needed to allow two increases in monthly withdrawals to settle the lawsuits, which brought my credit card payments above what I was paying last year. Plus now, Done With Debt is collecting a fee from me for processing my payments to Amex. This is a total scam. I would have been much better off getting a bank loan. My credit at least last year was good and I would have been able to do that. Now I'm stuck and in so much worse shape financially and emotionally than I was last year. Please triple think before doing this.

When I thought I made the wrong decision , she right away put me at ease and explained some bumps in the road calmly and compassionately, Hope the company knows she deserves a raise for her expertise and knowledge of this program !!! I can't express how much Done With Debt has changed my financial situation. At first it was scary stepping off the ledge and making the decision. I needed to get out of the dreadful hamster wheel of paying minimum payments to my creditors. They explained everything in a caring manner. Communication is amazing.
