Okay that was the OTHER thing I did today. Ooops.
Now, as for Dixie Leavitt, I was receiving paperwork, not nice paperwork say'in I still owed $$$on a previous auto ins... I had through them. Didn't understand how exactly it fell through the cracks ( a year ago) or why I was being sent to collections. ?
However.... the situation was explained in a respectful and kind manner. I guess it's no one's fault. But I am responsible.

We were sent a notice of cancelation on our homeowner's policy due to having trees with limbs over hanging the house. The evidence they had was a picture from Google earth. No one came to our home and looked at the trees. We contacted the agency and they said they couldn't do anything about it. We went ahead and changed insurance companies and got more coverage for less money. We did also trim our trees because it had been a few years but that was after the change in insurance. No one at Dixie Leavitt was willing to help us work through the issue and try to keep us as a customer.

First time needing a water softener.
The gal's in the office very helpful. Sent a plumber to assess the situation and discuss our needs.
Nick was very knowledgeable and patience, answering all my questions.
Once a system was selected the installation was installed the following day.
Both Nick and Sebastian were very professional and again patience.
Very happy with this company.
