This review has been a long time coming. I was introduced to Mike 10+ years by a Real Estate Attorney after hitting several brick walls with a very tangled title situation on a family home. My attorney said to me, “If anyone can solve this puzzle it’s going to be Mike! Call him!” Oh boy was my attorney right! Mike allowed me to explain 50+ years of family history while being extremely patient and empathetic. He and his team took off running, which took over two years to untangle the messy title, be able to transfer the deed to my name, and subsequently secure a loan. On top of this, he introduced me to a home contractor who did a complete remodel on my antiquated home. I have continuously reached out to Mike for refinancing assistance, random questions, and without hesitation he always comes through! I always refer friends and family because I know trust is a hard thing to come by, but I 100% know they are in great hands with Mike! Call him!
