I had a very complicated situation with my condo which caused several other mortgage companies to give up on me, or offer extremely high rates. But Phillip at Direct Home Lending really stuck it out and got me a great package just as interest rates were starting to rise. I have to take off one star due to some communication breakdown towards the end, but I don't want to take away from Phillip's hard work and persistence.
