If I could leave 0 stars for a place I would. The staff is so rude. If you like “Karen’s” then the drive through is FULL of them. I wanted to like them. I did. The Diamond Bank staff in other towns is actually really great. The ladies that work drive at Mena are literally the most rude and they don’t actually do their job but rather come up with a problem to every solution. My husband is closing his account this week and we are telling anyone who will listen to NEVER be expected to be treated with respect at this location.

My son in law works hard every day in the log woods and he had his wife (my daughter) go through Diamond drive through and pick up some checks for him to sign to give his wife money. She took those checks down the road to him and he signed one. My daughter took the check back by the drive thru window and it was cashed. Then a lady working in the front who seems to have some personal small town issue with my daughter then proceeded to call my son in law in the log woods and ask him if that was his signature on the check. He responded that it was to which this woman actually told him he was lying and she did not believe him. He told her he did not have time to discuss this any further as he was WORKING but what in the world. It's only his account and he said HE signed it so why would a teller go on to verbally assault him and call him a liar? I mean she had already given my daughter the $500 so what was even the point by then? My son in law will be taking this up with management because what in the world. That is horrible to bank a place for years and then be called a liar to your face over a check you signed for your own wife. Very unprofessional and SHE is the lady working the window. My husband and I bank at the same bank in Hot Springs and it is wonderful. Mena needs to step up their game if this is how they treat loyal customers!

The staff at Diamond Bank are always friendly and helpful! It doesn't matter whether you call, use the drive thru, or go inside to conduct your business, they provide friendly service. The banking app is also very user friendly. Bank here and you will be glad you did.
