Overall they are good insurance BROKERS. I think some people forget that they are only AGENTS and that they have access to one system at a time. They deal with DIFFERENT insurance companies and you are NOT insured through del campo. If you request a new quote make sure you have your car info because they can’t pull your info from one system to the next. Think of it like when you call different insurance companies for quotes you have to constantly repeat the car information since insurance companies do no communicate with each other.

I came at 11:50 they already had a sign saying "on lunch be back at 2pm. I came back at 2:05 waited in my car untill 2:30 and still closed. 12/13/2023.

Horrible service, i had insurance with them and wanted to open a new policy with them and the guy told me i needed my car info because he couldnt pull up my info on the computer, so how do they pull up my info when i make a payment!!!!! Stupidest thing ive ever heard. Obviously i went to another company.
