I got to speak with Mary, she was amazing! We've never experienced an accident like the one we just had. We were at a total loss, both on the vehicle and what to do. Mary answered my call and put me to ease. She answered all my questions, no matter how many kept coming her way. The explanation of the process was wonderful and so was her patience! She is who ill be asking for when ever (if) I have to call. Thank you Mary, you were an absolute angel.

Hands down this is the best damn insurance company my husband I have ever been with and what makes it. Such a phenomenal experience is working with Allie. Everyone else seems to be very polite and pleasant, but Allie should be promoted to co-owner or whatever it’s called because she is effing phenomenal Every time I need something from her I send her a text and by the end of that day, any and everything I have asked of her is done.
