This has by far been the most professional, stressless experience I've had with an insurance company. Everyone has been kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and just overall concerned about the health of my policies. I remember calling once to add my mom's vehicle because she had recently passed away. After my conversation with the representative, I received a handwritten heartfelt card in the mail. That meant so much to me, every experience I've had with them has been great and personable!

Recently switched and I'm so glad I did. My spouse was involved in an accident and the stress of it all is pretty overwhelming. I ended up calling this office directly, in tears, and Tessa was SO kind to me and helpful. She was happy to make calls on my behalf, got back to me the same day, and was very reassuring. I really do feel taken care of. I'm very likely to stay with Allstate even if other options are less expensive, just because of the help they've given me in this situation. It's so nice to be able to talk to a real person at a local office who wants to help. 5 stars.

Jasmin was/is great. I switched over and she instantly saved me hundreds of $$$. When a new program was introduced she immediately got me on it and saved me over $100 more a month. She’s been very helpful and patient. Highly recommended
