Bertha and Veronica Both truly exemplify stellar customer service. I’ve had a lot of changes in the last year even though I have been a client of this particular state farm branch for about 10 years now, these two ladies have been very diligent and being patient with me and working with me throughout this last year of my ups and downs! Genevieve reached out to me to discuss the State Farm quote after I started the process online. She was helpful and even explained each item that I was confused about so that I could get the exact coverage I needed. Unlike other renter's insurance providers, she was able to work with me to adjust the coverage for liability insurance to $500k and add the HOA of the condo that I was moving into, so that my husband and I could move our stuff in ourselves and save money on movers.
