I have known Dave and used his mortgage services for 20 years, across multiple houses, for both purchase and refinancing. Dave has always provided quick, professional, and knowledgeable work. He has also creatively come up with methods to 1) get loans approved and 2) get loans approved quickly. I would have no second thoughts about continuing to use Dave as my broker. In fact, I do not cross compare loans due to the level of trust I have in Dave.

Dave Politzer was my refi mortgage broker for many years but in 2020 he became my real estate agent when I put my home up for sale. Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the sale and even assisted greatly with the purchase of my new home out of state, which I so appreciated.
