I have been impressed with the Dan Firth Agency of American Family Insurance from day one when Dan came to my apartment to give me a quote on car insurance. I have stuck with them (and they have stuck with me) through over 20 years of my ever changing insurance needs. The customer service is top notch and the price is competitive. I had to use roadside assistant this weekend and the experience was great, very friendly and fast service. I also received a call from the Danny's office just checking up on me to make sure everything was fine. I am extremely happy I switched over to American family and Danny Firth's agency and his staff have been great through out these years. I have my vehicles and home insurance all with him. You have always been very attentive and we appreciate your service all these years. Unfortunately 2020 was not a great year for us (or many others) with regards to accidents. I still appreciate all the support we got during that time, and how well your Claim/Adjusters manage our case. It is sad that the underwriters don't take into consideration the stress everyone has been in 2020. But when it comes to Dan Firth American Family Insurance, you guys are great!

I love them. They are very attentive and quick to review and follow up with any issues. We have been with them since 2008. We have been in 2 accidents they have always been responsive and helpfulin getting everything taken care of as quickly as possible with no hassle. I was going to cancel because I found a cheaper quote with another company and was just looking to save some money but Dan was able to do a detailed review and get our account where we needed to. I am so glad I did not leave. Also shout out to Emily she is very nice and understanding, really pleasant to deal with.

I have been with Dan Firth AM FAM for 10 + years now. The main reason I stay with Dan Firth agency is the customer service I receive from not only Dan, but his office staff as well. They are top notch people who know their job. I have been irritated at the company itself regarding the way they bill, and using my credit score to rate my insurance, but I know I could not get the customer service any place else. My new husband and I are planning on relocation to Prescott Valley AZ sometime in the near future, but we are keeping Dan Firth as our agent.
