Buying a house for over a million in Clayton. Emailed for several days (been swamped at work) with no response. So today I called. I was transferred directly to someone's voicemail. I called back and said I was transferred to someone's voicemail and I wanted to get a quote on insurance on my house and they you have insurance on my sister's house. She literally cackled at me on the phone. They are not interested in your business, trust me. They could care less about you and your property. Move on!

I have gotten an insurance policy with this company for my business and I have had the worst experience with them. It has been 6 months and I am still doing their job of trying to get my policy figured out. It probably would have been better if they didn’t have all my money already that way they had something to work for but since they already do, they haven’t tried to help get this policy figured out yet and get me the refund that is owed to me from their mistakes and bad business. I can’t wait for my policy to expire and I can go to someone that cares about their clients. If I was you don’t us the DANIEL & HENERY COMPANY at all for anything.

Definitely would NOT recommend DANIEL & HENRY!!!!!!!!!!. Asked basic insurance questions and was given wrong information which cost me $2500 . Need I say more.
