I just was recently referred to this agency by my son in law. My previous rates with my other agent went up, both auto and homeowners, so I switched from them and had another company for a year and rates going up too. I got great quotes from Daniel, for auto and homeowners, very happy with the outcome and service. I just received an update about my homeowners policy from Areceli,letting me know about a payment from my mortgage company they received, she followed through to assure me that everything was good, very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I would recommend this agency for their insurance needs!!

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS!!!
EVER!!!!
Only reason I gave them one star is because you can't select zero!!!
They are incompetent, deceitful and straight up dishonest.
Their negligence lead to a 30% increase in my home owners policy. Ended up taking my business elsewhere and am much happier as a result. Much better options out there than this nightmare of a branch. If you know of anyone in the industry have them take a look at your consumer report file. That's the only way I uncovered what they had done to negatively impact my record. And by all means do not trust them to know what they are doing during the claim process. Not to mention the All State rates have sky rocketed in recent months.

Absolutely love this Allstate! Janice is hands down the best representative I have ever worked with. Anything I’ve needed has gone smoothly and no issues. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I’ve even switched all my other insurance needs to them as well because not only is it a good price for what you get the customer service takes all the complicated parts out for you and saves you so much time and money.

Customer service is A+! Everyone goes out of their way to help you every step of the way. They made it a very easy transition when switching and can’t beat their prices. They saved me over $700 a year with my new home and auto policy. Highly recommend!
