This is a garbage company, I called to cancel my policy they told me my refund check was in the mail I would receive it in 7-10 days 30 days later nothing kept giving me the run around, don't use this company! 30 days later I ask about my check they said nothing, warning don't be fooled! Now they save my phone number and won't answer when I call! Sad sorry company preying on innocent costumer!

This is an unprofessional office. I have had nothing but issues with the office in that they do not respond to requests and when they do, they input wrong names/addresses and when asked to correct they continuously make the same mistakes. I do not go around leaving bad reviews for places as I am fully aware that mistakes happen, but I have made it known that I was dissatisfied and there were no efforts to correct any of the issues that I was having. I have been getting the Run-Around as it relates to a prorated check that was due to me since February, which still has not been corrected. As a company that has "Customer Care" in their title, they have a lot of work to do to live up to this name. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services and would not recommend doing business with them. A customer should not have to follow up for status and a company should make time to send status' out so a customer feels at ease knowing someone is proactively working on the issue.
