The one star reviews are accurate. I'm working with the Puget sound team lead by Andrew Lawrence trying to get my deceased grandmothers assets transferred out. They have failed to respond numerous times and will not answer calls. Every commitment they have made has been missed. I am now turning this over to my attorney. Run from this company.

Deceptive practices, complete failure of customer service.
Several months have been spent trying to contact an advisor but nobody will talk to me or even tell me who is supposed to be helping me.

Beware of representatives leasing space inside of credit unions masquerading as credit union employees.

Fortunately, I don't have much tied up with them. I have a Roth and 2 UTMAs. Randomly the contributions to each stopped (luckily I caught it). Then withdrawals (meaning they took money OUT out of the accounts and returned it to me) started to occur along with significant fees for withdrawal. I never authorized a withdrawal or asked for it. I am on my 3rd or 4th time calling to get this corrected again. I won't name anyone but they eventually call me back and tell me they will get it corrected and it occurs the next month. It is December of 2023 and the issues started shortly after I opened the account in October of 2022.

I started working with CUSO about 10 months ago and have lost 10,000. I have also been putting extra money each month and it has not even moved my numbers, so essentially I have another $5000 away. I have been trying to communicate with my advisor for a week now to close out my account and put my money back in my bank account. He has not done that. He is not answering his phone calls, but will email me right after I call and say he is transferring my money. My money is still not transferred and needless to say I have lost more money. I have had to go to the bank for answers and they have none because they only contract with CUSO. They were able to get a hold of him and he told them he sent me an email which he did not. He said it would take a few days but it has already been 7. I am thinking he is waiting until the 1st of the month for another payment before transferring my money back to me. I will not go through this company again and would not recommend it. This is my first time investing money and it was not a good experience.

Lost over $5000 in one acount and pulled out. Another account which after research found they owed me 1% on the total when w/d. They certainly didnt tell me. I pursued it, it took ME months of dogged work. I think they thought I'd give up (they clearly didnt know me) I think there's something not right. But I'm out now. My opinion is they are a rip off.

Would not recommend. Your money will get stuck with seemingly no way of getting it out. I have been working with my other financial institution to process a rollover to get my money out of CUSO. I have been attempting to get it done for going on 5 months with still no resolution.

Extreme caution advised for anyone thinking of trusting their money with this institution.

If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. CUSO financial advisors do NOT put their clients first, instead they put selling risky financial products to clients first to make commissions. I lost over $50,000 due to a CUSO advisor, Daryl Hall, selling me a risky and illiquid REIT. Stay away from these people, they are not trustworthy!!

Our credit union pushed this on us. They are thieves. Promise one thing and deliver nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
