My new Timex watch had one of the bands that pinched the skin when wearing it. I called Curtis Jewelers to see about a replacement band. I wasn’t sure if a “real” jewelry store even messed with a smaller task, but they told me to bring it in. They took the time to measure my watch to make sure the band would be correct. The selection in their catalog rivaled online shopping, and was far less confusing. In a few days I had an athletic style band for my watch and could not be happier. Don’t take your watch to some kiosk in the mall. Curtis is friendly and helpful!

I can’t say enough good things about Curtis and his staff. The diamond in my 25 year old engagement ring chipped and the chip was too deep to be repaired. Curt picked out a beautiful replacement diamond and put it in a more secure setting in my original engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning and we are very happy! I absolutely adore Curtis Jewelers and I was so excited to learn that they were starting to offer ear piercing. My daughter's piercings closed up and it was nice to have a trusted place to take her, especially as I promised I'd get a second lobe piercing myself.
