I like Culvers for a fresh fast food experience. Didn't have a lot of time, but felt like we needed a salad. Got a couple salads with chicken. The chicken is consistently tender, and the salads are well made up. This location was clean and had friendly staff.

I enjoy my occasional Culver’s however this was our first time eating from out of state here. Every single worker had exceptional customer service, and were so kind. It was also really nice to hear them encourage their own team and hearing them saying good job kitchen as a former fast food worker, great job being a team guys❤️❤️

Ordered the flavor of the day, but my scoop was basically vanilla. Just a small swirl of caramel, and no cashews. When I asked for that the person at the counter was super crabby and told me it was on the bottom of the cup (it wasn’t). She then proceeded to dump the missing items on my ice cream as if I was inconveniencing her. They were not busy—she didn’t need to be rude!

Ordered about $40 worth of food, was handed 2 bags and made the assumption it was all there, by the time I realized I was missing half the order I was already 20min away and would be late if I went back. Contacted customer service and they sent me basically 1 free basket ($10 value). So not only did we not get our full meal, we were insulted with not even getting the correct amount of value for the inconvenience.

Restaurant had an odd odor....sour milk? Ice machine was out of ice on a very warm day...people were waiting and staff did not address. I finally asked and they gave me a cup of ice....but what about everyone else?! Definitely not the usual Culver's standardl of excellence....

It was late evening. The drive through was 7 + cars full. We ordered inside with Jaylynn, who offered suggestions. The inside counter was just as busy as drive thru and the employees handled the crowd very well. Evan gracefully delivered our order . We ordered cheese curds, 2pc cod dinner with Cole slaw, and shrimp dinner. The fried fish was flaky . Cheese curds were hot . Thank you for making our late night dinner.

Food was average, bacon on my burger was almost hard and rubbery in a way. Staff kept giving us dirty looks as they would walk past our booth. Employees in the cook area were pointing at us while we were eating and also giving us crappy looks. Not even have a nice night as we left. It can’t possibly be that hard to be polite to customers….

They actually serve their burgers with gluten free buns!!

Came here with my dad. Ordered a single sourdough melt with only ketchup and 2 large chocolate concrete mixers with Oreos.
Got a double sourdough melt with ketchup and onions, and 2 medium vanilla concrete mixers.
Seriously how do you mess up an order THAT badly
They even put the wrong name smh
